Our mission is to provide quality products and services to our valued customers and businesses with safety being our number one priority. Being a Union Shop and small business, we pride ourselves in our talented workforce of selective journeymen glaziers and estimators who provide the skills and expertise to perform all types of emergency services and installations. We are excited to share that 16% of our workforce is female and 12.5% of our workforce makes up an ethnic minority group. Our goal is to diversify Hub Glass by continuing to grow these percentages over the course of the next 10 years.
