Sharon got her start working in the glass business while in high school and college. She joined the company full-time in 1986 after graduating from UMass Amherst. Sharon enjoys all aspects of the glass business. Her responsibilities have included working in the office, customer service, bidding, on-the-road sales, book-keeping and she is now the company president. She’s also the past president of the Massachusetts Glass Dealers Association and was chairperson for the MGDA scholarship committee. Sharon met her husband, Richard, in 1985 in New York City while both were attending a glass convention. Richard was working at his family’s glass business, Lo-Can Glass International, at the time. Sharon has been successfully running the business since 2022

Richard has an extensive background in managing a business and maintaining strong customer relationships for over 40 years of his career. He received his Bachelor's Degree in economics at UMASS Amherst in 1985 before meeting his wife Sharon in 1986.

Richard's father started his own automotive glass business called Lo-Can Glass where Richard worked from childhood well into his adulthood. In 2002 Richard left the company when it was sold to a larger conglomerate and Richard went on to start his own automotive glass business. At Prosource Glass Intl Richard wore many hats selling and shipping classic and antique auto glass worldwide.

With the importance of family serving at the forefront of his career, he decided to join his wife Sharon at Hub Glass in 2020 where he became the top sales executive to establish and develop an organic network of customer accounts. He was able to transform the company by exponentially growing the client-base thanks to his strong background in sales. We are lucky to have his entrepreneurial leadership and outgoing mindset be the driving force of our customer relationships. Richard enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Boston Red Sox in his free time.

In 2014 Evan joined Hub Glass as a journeyman glazier where he excelled in the field, installing glass, mirrors, aluminum, and storefronts for a diverse range of customers in the Boston area. His expertise and dedication lead him to a new milestone as he transitioned to the role of project estimator at Hub Glass Services. His responsibilities expanded to include bidding, purchasing, invoicing, site visits, job costing, material ordering, and overseeing glaziers on the job site. Just some of his specialty skills include repairing swing doors, revolving doors, and balance doors. This role showcased his ability to manage projects effectively and deliver exceptional results. He is undoubtfully a valuable asset to Hub Glass Services.

Nick Graffam has been in the building trades since 14 years old. Nick started installing custom kitchens with his uncles in high school and continued working in construction until Joining the Boston Glaziers Union Local 1044 in 2012 and journeying out in 2016. From there Nick has been on all different types of job sites since his glazing career started. From highrise to lowrise job sites and countless service calls, Nick has worked on almost everything in between. While being a member of the Hub Glass Service team since 2017 and being a hub technician for many years, Nick is ready to help assist you with all of your glazing needs and bringing your job to life. 

When you call our office, you will most likely have the pleasure of speaking with Dinorah who has been managing our front office for 15 years. Dinorah handles all administrative tasks as well as customer-facing engagements and provides exceptional attention to detail while being our go-to for billing inquiries. She has been an excellent office coordinator by precisely delivering time-sensitive information from the front office to the field. 

Allie joins Hub Glass with a wide realm of marketing knowledge and communications experience. She is the creativity behind our website & promotions and is our liason coordinator for all things public relations. She is a Master’s graduate of Fairfield University ‘17-’22.

Shana Anderson has been a journeywoman glazier for the past 15 years. She spent 9 years working in the field in Boston and 7 years in Connecticut. She is looking forward to serving your glass and estimating needs. We are excited to bring her industry knowledge and outgoing personality to our team!

I was born and raised in Boston and what excites me the most about being a glazier is building in the state and town that I grew up in. I have been a Glazier since 2018 and have worked on a wide variety of jobs big and small.

Jay's career in the glass industry began in 2007 when he started out as an apprentice. His dedication and skill quickly propelled him forward, achieving the title of a journeyman glazier in 2010. This marked a significant milestone, signifying his mastery of the trade and his ability to contribute significantly to complex glass projects. In 2020, Jay's career took an exciting turn when he joined Hub Glass as a project estimator. His responsibilities were multifaceted, encompassing bidding, purchasing, job costing, site visits, job analysis, material ordering, and overseeing glaziers on the job site. This role showcased his exceptional ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Jay's contributions to Hub Glass were further recognized in 2022, when he was appointed to the pivotal roles of Safety Supervisor, Project Manager, Estimator, Safety Director, and Project Supervisor. These positions underscore his expertise in a wide range of areas, from ensuring workplace safety to managing complex projects and estimating costs. Jay’s journey from an apprentice to a multifaceted leader in the glass industry is a source of inspiration for aspiring professionals in the field.
